                                                  ABOUT US

This site has been designed as a general resource for people interested in Primal Therapy and the other Deep Feeling Regressive Psychotherapies.  By clicking on the link to 'Articles' in the index you will find articles in English, Afrikaans, German, French, Spanish and Swedish (with more languages to come).

Practical support is available and there is information on suggested reading, and where to get educational materials, tapes, and DVDs. Here you can also find out about any workshops and events taking place around the world, and a list of therapists practicing in different countries.

The online 'Primal Support Group' (PSG) is a Yahoo group where people in therapy or planning to go into therapy can share problems or offer help and support to each other.  Group members around the world also 'buddy' on the internet using Skype.

The list of related sites will help you find a broad base of different ideas and ways of doing therapy.  People differ, and so do their needs, so it is a good idea to find out as much as you can about the different ways therapy is practiced, so that you can discover if there is a therapist or method that you feel is suited to your needs.

For parents of babies and young children, the 'Primal Parenting Page' offers information on pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, sleep issues, toddlers, children's needs and feelings, and how to do 'Attachment Parenting'.

We hope this site will be of help and assistance to you. We have tried to make it as broadly based as possible, to generate discussion and the free flow of ideas.
