A. KERSTYD.

 

1. Aan al ons lesers, u gesinne, familie en vriende wens ons ‘n geseënde Kersfees en ‘n voorspoedige Nuwe Jaar toe. Mag die komende jaar aan u vreugde bring, binne die liefde van u huis en mense. En mag die moeilike tye wat vir ons as volk voorlê meer draaglik wees in die liefde van ons Verlosser, wie se wonderlike menswording en geboorte meer as tweeduisend jaar gelede ons nou herdenk.

 

 

 

B. EX AMERICA...

 

2. Onderstaande uittreksel kom uit ‘n brief geskryf deur ‘n Amerikaner, wat op sy eie trein in anderland ry, - maar wie se standpunte vir ons, in ons omstandighede, nogal insiggewend en leersaam is:

“Aha! you say. Now here is where Harold goes off into another one of his rants about how we all have to move to the Northwest and overthrow the government, which is ridiculous because everyone knows that ZOG is invincible and would simply destroy us, that Fukuyama was right and this is the end of history and this evil system is immortal and eternal, that the White race is doomed waaaaaaah boo hoo hoo baw oh it's all so horrible we were strong and brave once but it's all over now sniffle boo hoo hoo waaaaaah baw why doesn't Harold just shut up and let us cry into our beer
in peace until we slowly slide off the bar stool and melt into the earth?

”Right?

”Close, but no cigar.

”This is where Harold goes into one of his rants demanding that you begin preparing NOW (not next week, not next year) to face a geopolitical, biopolitical, and economic situation which does NOT YET EXIST, but which most certainly WILL exist at some point in the future.

”This is where Harold demands that you finally make a choice, one you have been avoiding for most of your lives. That choice is: are you actually serious about all this, or not? If so, then events and historical imperative have told you what you must do. You must finally, at long last, cease to produce nothing but words... Your race no longer needs your words... Your race needs YOU.

”It is time for you to stop speaking, stop writing, and commit an overt act of resistance. That does not (necessarily) entail throwing a bomb or shooting someone. An act of resistance is one that A) interferes with the occupying power's agenda, or B) creates an alternative to the occupying power. It is possible to do this without physical violence, and sometimes even possible to do it
without breaking the oppressor's laws...”

 

IN AFRIKA...

 

3. - Tot sover onse Harold. Vervang ‘race’ met ‘volk’, vergeet van Harold die person, en siedaar, ons het die perfekte inleiding tot Die Boer Uitgawe No 6. Ons staar nie net sekere situasies in die gesig nie, - ons klein ou volkie staan aan die vooraand van ‘n kataklistiese omwenteling, wat baie maklik tot ons ondergang as ‘n eie, blanke volk op Afrika-bodem kan lei as ons nie oppas nie. Ons het laas nog na onsself verwys as die klimmers teen die berg uit, met die kruin wat onsigbaar wink, - in plaas van klim, kan ons net sowel afgevee word, die afgrond in, deur die bruisende stortvloed van volksmoord en verguising, wat in hierdie seisoen van swart reën sal kom so seker as wat seisoene verander. Wat trouens reeds begin het en die een na die ander slagoffer laat gly en neerstort.

4. Sedert  die laaste nuusbrief  se verskyning,  het die ‘Boeremag’ nog meer opslae gemaak in die Azaniese media, - en is Boere wat daaraan gekoppel word natuurlik na hartelus swartgesmeer, uitgekryt as terroriste, gejag en uiteindelik in hegtenis geneem.  Spreekwoordelik gestel,  het hulle  waarskynlik vinniger probeer ophardloop, en is hulle deur die reën en die glyerige grond gepootjie. Nou sit daar al ongeveer dertig van hierdie Boere as politieke gevangenes in die tronk, met tot dusver geen aanduiding van moontlike borg vir meeste van hulle nie. Soos laas gesê: Onthou, hulle is ons volksgenote, wat blykbaar bereid was om hulle nekke uit te steek vir ons almal se vryheid, en as sulks verdien hulle ons simpatie. En om simpatie te hê vir jou naaste is gelukkig - nog - nie verbied deur die heersende ANC.Kommuniste en hulle neo-kommunistiese wette nie. En laat ons hulle ook help daar waar ons kan.  Die Azaniers wil mos so skynheilig wees en gee so hoog op  oor menseregte en dat enigiemand onskuldig bly tot hy skuldig bevind word in ‘n hof, - dan is hierdie Boere mos onskuldig tot ten minste Mei-maand volgende jaar wanneer hulle hofsaak eers begin! 

 

LAER TREK.

 

3. Kom ons keer terug na die tipe weerstand waarna hierbo verwys word. Overgezet zynde op ons situasie, bevestig dit nie net die vier prioriteite wat ons laas reeds genoem het nie, nl. dat ons moet aanhou werk en bou en  voorberei vir wat kom, dat ons moet aanhou aandring op ons vryheid,  dat ons nie aan die vreemde gesag die verskoning moet bied om ons verset af te maak as iets anders as ware VOLKSverset en ‘n vryheidstryd nie, en dat ons as  Boere moet bymekaar kom, weer en weer, totdat ons die stryd kan aanknoop onder ‘n geloofwaardige volksgesag. Dit plaas die klem op een eerste, enkele, allerbelangrike DAAD, wat nie alleen volkome wettig is binne die Azaniese bestel nie, maar wat ook tot jou eie persoonlik voordeel sal wees sodra die aanvanklike inersie oorkom is:  Om laer te trek. Nie met ossewaens nie, maar met al die moderne hulpmiddele tot ons beskikking. En nie saam met Oom Rip van Winkel nie, maar met al die moderne Boer van die een-en-twintigste eeu. En dis boonop die in-ding vandag. Kyk maar rond, - wat is die duisende sekuriteitsdorpies, beveiligde groep-behuising en afgesperde woonbuurte orals in die wonderlik getransformeerde ‘Nuwe SA’ anders as  laer-trek?  Die feit dat meeste van hierdie ‘laers’ ‘n mislukkingsfaktor  ingebou het in die vorm van vreemde arbeid, vreemde wagte en vreemde indringing, neem nie weg van die beginsel nie, nl. dat ons moet laertrek om te kan oorleef, - letterlik.  Dis mos oor na ons toe om dit reg te doen.

 

4. Wat behels dit alles?  Rome is nie in een dag gebou nie, en niemand verwag dat ons almal in ‘n dag se tyd sal  regkom nie. As u reeds op een of ander manier laer getrek het, op watter manier ook al, bou maar net voort daarop,  verbeter, versterk, maak veiliger. Indien nie, kyk om u heen, en besluit waar en hoe en wanneer. Maar moenie te lank wag nie, - die vyand sluip rond soos ‘n honger gedierte, en hy is reeds besig om ons mense so een-een te beroof, te vang en op te vreet. Die kern en sleutel van alles is MENSE. A u alleen is, kry iemand anders by. Of  trek by iemand anders in.  As algemene beginsel geld: Van een maak twee, van twee maak drie, van drie maak vier, ensovoorts.  Ons het geen werklike beskerming deur die polisie soos in die ou dae nie. Die polisie behoort nou aan die vreemde staat, - en wat voel hy vir ons? Ons is op onsself aangewese om te oorleef, en dit beteken ons eie mense, - met al ons skete en pyne en swakhede en probleme.

 

5. Dit alles, natuurlik, in die vaste geloof en vertroue op ons Allerhoogste en Almagtige God, en die vertroue op die goeie reg van ons saak. Om iets hier te bereik, vereis ‘n redelike mate van sulke vertroue, beplanning, vooruitsig, finansiele verantwoordelikheid en persoonlike ongerief. Dit sal nie maklik wees nie. Soos onse Harold dit stel: Dit beteken om die spaargeldjies te spaar vir ‘n doel, in plaas daarvan om dit aan Solly Kramer of die vet base van die lotery te loop gee. Dit beteken werk, en moeite, en die tipiese risiko en drama wat altyd gepaard gaan met ‘n groot uitdaging, - maar dis die moeite werd. Dit kan die verskil uitmaak tussen oorleef en nie oorleef nie. Beide as individue en as volk. Die een gaan dit nie maak sonder die ander nie. Vra maar die blankes van Zimbabwe...

 

6. Hierdie vorm van weerstand, sodra voltooi, is baie meer effektief as ‘n bom of ‘n sneller wat jy trek. Trouens, dit is die allereerste stap, maak nie saak WAT ons wil doen nie. Voordat ons ons land kan bevry, moet ons eers ons land  SKEP!  Kyk gerus na hoe die land om meeste van ons tans lyk, - kan u dit so bevry? Dis tog ‘n onbegonne taak so. Meeste van ons leef tans soos die Boere by Bloukrans, - in ‘n totaal onveilige wêreldjie van ons eie, salig onbewus van wat om ons aangaan, van wat die bedreiging is, en van wat op ons afkom. Net soos die Boere van 1838, moet ons eers laer trek, voor ons uit hierdie gemors kan uitkom.

 

7. Waar hierdie nuusbrief vandaan kom, word die laer verder uitgebou, stadig maar seker, DV. Ons het laas vertel van die werk wat plaasvind op Balmoral, om nie net laer te trek nie, maar ook om ons jongmense op te lei om te kán werk rondom die onaantasbare erfenis wat daar te siene is. Intussen is die Gimnasium se Ope Dag gehou.  Met goeie reëns om enersyds die boere se harte te verbly, en andersins dalk sommige mense weg te hou.  Daar het tot dusver twee voornemende studente vir die sweis-kursus aangemeld, en hulle so een-een inkom, kan die volle tien teen die begin van die opleiding dalk bymekaar wees. Ons praat weer hieroor wanneer die Gimnasium voltooi is  en die opleiding ‘n aanvang neem aan die begin van volgende jaar, DV.

 

8. Wat die voorgestelde nodule aanbetref, rondom ons onaantasbare erfenis waaromheen ons as volk in hierdie post-herdenkingstyd kan saamtrek,  fisies, maar ook geestelik, - die reaksie was teleurstellend.  Dalk is ons mense eenvoudig te vuisvoos en teleurgestel  oor die volksakker. Kom ons kyk  met die volgende uitgawe weer daarna.

 

9. Laat ons afsluit met wat onse Harold mee afsluit:

 

“Ten years from now, this idea that now seems so weird and frightening to

10. Soos altyd, - oor na u toe. Ons hier by Die Boer kan maar net skryf, - u, die leser, en almal wat  u  kan bereik, sal bepaal hoe die meer algemene, groter Boere herlewing vorder.  Ons weet nie of dit wat ons skryf ooit enige verskil maak nie, - ons weet net dat indien daar nie genoeg Boere is wat  doen wat gedoen moet word nie, dan is dit nag. Dis kerstyd, en tradisioneel  die bymekaarkomtyd vir die gesin en familie. Dis ‘n goeie tyd om ook te besin oor die vashou en bymekaarkom as volk rondom die onaantasbare Boere  erfenis wat God deur ons voorouers se offers vir ons daargestel het.  Dis al kans wat ons het op oorlewing hier in Afrika. Die Zanufisering van Suid-Afrika is op pad, en as enkelinge, sonder volk,  sal ons vir seker eindig soos die ryke, maar tog arme blanke van Zimbabwe op die een koerant-foto:  ‘n Patetiese, gebroke ou man, wat die paar armsalige meubels wat hy mag saamneem op die trok laai…. Dis nou as ons gelukkig is en ons keel nie voor die tyd afgesny word nie.

LW :  Hierdie brief word genoem Die Boer en beoog om in te lig en te dien as skakel tussen Boere, diegene van ons blankes, Afrikaners, wat lojaal gebly het teenoor die volk wie se  oorlewingstryd in die Boere Museum te Balmoral uitgebeeld word. A. OPDRAAND.

 

1. Soos die klimmers op meegaande foto, wat geneem is tydens vanjaar se laaste Slag van Majuba herdenking, is ons as Boere besig om voort te beur, stap vir stap, maand na maand, jaar na jaar, teen ‘n moeilike, steil opdraand uit. Soms is ons nie eens seker of ons boontoe beweeg nie. Bo lê die kruin vir ons en wag, met die heerlike belofte van vryheid en oorwinning. Maar ons kan nog niks sien nie, - dit lê onsigbaar, onder die bloue hemel van hierdie pragtige, maar geskende  vaderland van ons. As ons maar net kan aanhou klim, deur werk en bou en stry teen alles wat ons  terughou, stadig maar seker teen die berg van herlewing uit, - dan sal ons uiteindelik bo kan staan, DV, - maar sal ons?

 

B. POST-HERDENKING

 

2. Die 100-jarige herdenking van die Anglo-Boere Oorlog is verby. Individue en organisasies het probeer om daarvan ‘n volksbeweging te maak, om dit te gebruik om die volk in beweging te bring op pad terug na ons verlore vryheid, - maar hulle het misluk, ten minste wat die groot meerderheid van ons mense aanbetref.  Die verraad, misleiding en bedrog rondom die begrippe volk en verset sedert die vroeë negentigs was so groot, en die persepsie van algehele, lafhartige oorgawe so verlammend, dat meeste Boere nie sommerso uit hulle gate sal te voorskyn kom nie. Terwyl ons vyande hulleself op die skouer klop en gelukwens met die totale ‘transformasie’ van Suid-Afrika, is meeste van ons vasgevang in ’n moeilike stryd om oorlewing en om te doen wat ook al ons elkeen glo ons moet doen. Min van ons opregte Boere, indien enige, het tyd of die vermoë om aan ons vryheidstryd enige aandag te gee. Baie van die wat kan, emigreer of tref voorbereidings om te emigreer. Baie van die wat bly aanvaar die vreemde heerskappy net so, by gebrek aan enige hoop op ‘n spoedige verandering.  Daar is selfs blankes wat liries raak oor die ‘opwindende geleenthede’ wat hulle raaksien in die sogenaamde Nuwe Suid-Afrika. En die Azaniese (‘Nuwe SA’) media doen natuurlik hulle bes om hierdie aanvaarding aan te help deur enersyds die swart, kommunistiese regime te vergoeilik, en andersyds enige weerstand af te maak as rassisties en synde die werk van ‘n klein en onbeduidende groepie ‘regses’, wat totaal uit voeling is met die grote gros van ons mense.

 

3. Intussen het ‘n hele paar maande verbygegaan, en ons vra om verskoning dat hierdie uitgawe van Die Boer so lank agterweë gebly het.  Maar ons was besig met ‘n geskarrel en gespook om teen die einde van hierdie jaar darem ten minste ‘n Boere opleidingssentrum gereed te hê vir die begin van volgende jaar. Meer daaroor later.  Met die laaste nuusbrief het ons gekonsentreer op die herdenking van die Vrede van Vereeniging. Ons het gesê, en ons haal aan, ons byt vas, ons het hoop en ons maak ons stand HIER, waar ons gebore is en waar ons die volste reg het op ons eie. En ons het die uitdaging gerig om die geleentheid, wat die Vrede van Vereeniging ons bied, te benut en bymekaar te kom en die BEWYS lewer dat ons nog as volk wil voortbestaan. Soos by vorige geleenthede rondom die herdenking, het daar net ‘n baie klein deeltjie van ons volk opgedaag, - en die koue en nat weer was nie die enigste verduideliking nie. U sal hopelik simpatie hê as ons sê dit het ons vir ‘n tyd lank heel moedeloos gemaak.

 

4. Intussen het daar die sogenaamde Boeremag op die toneel verskyn, wat na bewering ‘n Boererepubliek wou uitroep en die Azaniese staat omvergooi. Om alles te noem wat die Azaniese staatsapparaat en sy lakeie in die staats-beheerde en -dienende media oor hierdie ‘ver-regses’ (soos hulle ge-etiketeer word)  sê en skryf,  terwyl hulle gejag en in die selle gegooi word, sal te lank neem. Genoeg om op te som, dat alles uitgehaal word om hulle swart te smeer en aan allerhande negatiewe konnotasies te koppel, nog lank voor die begin van die hofsaak. Hulle word nou van hoogverraad en terrorisme deur die Azaniese staat aangekla,  en veg teen ‘n regstelsel wat intussen reeds baie ver  ‘getransformeer’ is. Wat ons ook al van die beskuldigdes en hulle optredes dink (en onthou, ons het tot nou toe nog net die Azaniese 2de-, 3de- en 4de handse propaganda  gehoor), - feit is, hulle is volksgenote, wat blykbaar bereid was om hulle nekke uit te steek vir ons almal se vryheid, en as sulks verdien hulle ons simpatie. En om simpatie te hê vir jou naaste is gelukkig - nog - nie verbied deur die heersende ANC.Kommuniste en hulle neo-kommunistiese wette nie. 

    Vandag is dit hierdie groep Boere, wat onder die Regime en sy lakeie moet deurloop as ‘terroriste’. MôRE IS DIT U EN U MENSE, wat soos in Zimbabwe uitgedryf sal word as ‘wit grond-diewe’, ‘uitbuiters’ en, as u uself teensit, ook ‘terroriste’. Net ‘n absolute idioot sal nou nog daaraan twyfel dat die blatante, skaamtelose Mugabe-tipe swart ommegang  op pad is. Die moord en doodslag, verkragtings en rowery is in elk geval reeds volstoom aan die gang, net baie erger. Net soos in Zimbabwe voór die finale uitdrywing,  praat hulle nou ook al hier van grond vat wat kamma ‘onbenut’ daar lê, - terwyl miljoene hektaar staatsgrond geignoreer word, en meeste ‘her-verdeelde’ grond op mislukkings uitloop. En net soos in Zimbabwe het hulle hier ook begin om die regbank te ‘transformeer’, sodat regters en landdroste nie langer in die pad van die heersende terreur, staatsmag en grond-gryp politiek kan kom nie.

    In 1992,  toe Mugabe en sy swart regime al 12 jaar lank die septer geswaai het in Zimbabwe, was die skrif reeds aan die muur, - maar die oorblywende blankes het hulle oë daarvoor gesluit, en aangegaan met hulle lewens so goed as wat hulle kon. Hulle het geen aanspraak meer gemaak op ‘n eie volkskap nie en was vir alle praktiese doeleindes andersoortige selle in ‘n vreemde  liggaam. Maar op ‘n blanke plaas op die Zimbabwiese hoëveld kon ‘n mens jou verbeel dat ‘n mens tog met dit alles kon saamleef...

    Ons weet almal wat nou daar gebeur. Wat eintlik al in 1990 moes gebeur het, as Mugabe se maatjies nie vir hom gesê het hy moet wag tot Suid-Afrika ook ‘getransformeer’ is nie. Deur de Klerk-hulle se verraad, is ons vandag in presies dieselfde posisie. Omdat ons alle staatsmag, om onsself teen die dreigende onreg te kan verdedig, uit ons hande gegee het en oënskynlik totaal uitgelewer is aan die swart, kommunistiese regime. En die arme Boere wat hulle nekke uitsteek en ‘n eie Boererepubliek wil stig, word verguis en in die tronk gestop.

 

5. En wat nou? Is dit ikabod met die Boervolk? Aanvaar ons dat hierdie roemryke volk nou werklik net as klein minderheidjie in hulle eie land as bywoners moet voortbestaan?

 

HOOP?  

 

6.  Juis in hierdie laaste , oënskynlik mislukte Boere-rebellie is daar egter ook goeie nuus. Dit is eerstens nou duidelik dat dit nie net ‘n handvol dinosaurusse is wat hulleself Boere noem en hulle eie Boerestaat wil hê nie. Van die manne wat verskyn het maak ‘n goeie indruk op vriend én vyand. Tweedens het die Azaniese staat waarskynlik ‘n fout gemaak deur hulle van hoogverraad aan te kla. Dit vestig die aandag daarop dat ‘n betekenisvolle deel van die blanke bevolking nie deel wil wees van hierdie kunsmatige, gesowjetiseerde eenheidstaat nie. Onthou, ons het nooit toestemming gegee dat de Klerk ons eie staat net so tot niet mag maak nie. Afgesien van groot vraagtekens oor die uitslag, het sy referendumvraag gegaan oor hervorming, nie totale uitverkoping nie. En laastens kan ‘n mens nogal uitsien na die hofsaak. Tensy die regters al almal ‘getransformeer’ en verpolitiseer is, sal die Regime maar sukkel om in ‘n ope hof te bewys wat hulle so ligtelik  op die klagstaat plaas.

 

7.  Daar is dus klein ligpuntjies, en waar daar nog lewe is, is daar hoop, juis in hierdie tyd van beproewing. Maar dan moet ons konsentreer op dit wat onaantasbaar is,  waaraan ons vyande niks kan doen nie. Hulle kan nie die beskuldigde in die hof keer om sy saak te stel nie. En daarbuite,  kan hulle nog minder doen aan mense wat werk, wat ons jongmense oplei om te kán werk, en wat werk om ons eie erfenis te bewaar. Veral as ons dit doen rondom ‘n erfenis wie se kern die duisende Boere kinders en vrouens is wat  orals in die land hierdie Afrika-bodem met hulle onskuldige bloed deurdrenk het.  Dan is dit onaantasbaar.  Dis nie die kunsmatige, vals erfenis wat die Regime vandag in almal se keelgate wil afdruk nie, - dis ons eie 350-jarige Christelike, Westerse VOLKSerfenis wat orals op hierdie suidpunt van Afrika te vinde is, en wat nou in ons jeug soek na ‘n  eie, beskaafde toekoms. Sonder ‘n eie volkserfenis het ons nie ‘n toekoms op hierdie vasteland nie, - dis orals in Afrika bewys. Maar saam met ons volkserfenis kan, en moet, ons ook ons eie toekoms SKEP, waar ons nie soos die kommersiële plaasboere van Zimbabwe sommerso weggejaag kan word nie.

 

BEGINSELS

 

8. Dis ‘n ou beginsel dat, wanneer jy nie kan reguit gaan nie, jy links- of regsom gaan. En wanneer jy nie kan vorentoe nie, dan skop jy eers vas net waar jy is. Of gaan eers agtertoe, om dan later weer terug te kom en weer te probeer. En al die tyd hou jy jou mense bymekaar en gee nie moed op nie. Dis eers wanneer alles

totaal uitmekaaruit val, wanneer almal weghardloop en geen saak meer het met die stryd nie, dat dit hopeloos word. Ons was mos al daar, by sulke tye waar dit GELYK het of alles verlore was: Toe die Boere tydens die Tweede Vryheidsoorlog die konvensionele stryd verloor het. En, nog ‘n beter voorbeeld: Toe die Britte voor die Eerste Vryheidsoorlog die ZAR sonder slag of stoot beset en van 1877 tot 1880 as kolonie geregeer het. En wat het toe gebeur?  ‘n Paul Kruger het  opgestaan en met ‘n meesterlike kombinasie van swaard en onderhandeling die Boere se vryheid teruggewen. En in die latere stryd het Christiaan de Wet en die ander helde die manne bymekaargemaak en die guerrillastryd aangeknoop, wat baie historici nog steeds glo nie noodwendig met ‘n oorgawe hoef te geeindig het nie.

 

9. Die mees toepaslike parallel met ons huidige situasie is die tyd van 1877 tot 1880. Net soos toe, het ons ons vryheid verloor en word ons geregeer deur ‘n vreemde regime, onder ‘n vreemde vlag en ‘n vreemde staatsdiens. Net soos toe, het ons nou ook die joiners en lakeie wat  die vreemde heersende regime dien in die vorm van ‘die regering van die dag’. Hoe het die Boere van die vorige eeu uiteindelik by suksesvolle verset uitgekom? Eerstens,  deur aan te hou werk, en bou, en mekaar te help voorberei vir wat kom. Tweedens, deur aan te dring op hulle vryheid, in die vaste geloof en vertroue op ons Allerhoogste en Almagtige God, en die vertroue op die goeie reg van hulle saak, - ongeag die propaganda van ‘onomkeerbaarheid’  en die oënskynlik hopelose situasie. Derdens, deur niks te doen wat aan die vreemde gesag die verskoning sou bied om die verset af te maak as iets anders as ware VOLKSverset en ‘n vryheidstryd nie. Die Boere het nie vrouens vermoor of onskuldige burgerlikes opgeblaas nie. So iets is die modus operandi van terroriste organisasies soos die ANC/Kommunisties alliansie, en is deel van hulle ‘struggle’-kultuur,- maar vir ‘n Christelike, eerste-wêreldse, blanke volk is dit onaanvaarbaar en sal nie deug om ons mense te mobiliseer nie. En, vierdens, het die Boere van ouds bymekaargekom, weer en weer, eers in klein getalle, later by geleenthede soos in Potchefstroom en by Paardekraal, en uiteindelik die stryd aangeknoop onder ‘n geloofwaardige volksgesag.

 

10. Tye verander, en die vergelyking tussen toe en nou kan nie te ver geneem word nie. Maar beginsels verander nie. Indien ons ernstig is omtrent ons brandende begeerte om vry te wees, en suksesvol wil wees, moet alles binne die volgende raamwerk plaasvind:

 

a.       Ons moet oorleef,  ons moet aanhou werk, en verder opbou wat ons ook al begin het (en probeer hou wat ons het), en mekaar help om veral ons jongmense op te lei en voor te berei op die lewe in  ‘getransfromeerde’ Nuwe Suid-Afrika. Ons, die ouer geslag, het ‘n vrye en wonderlike toekoms gehad in ‘n eie staat, - ons beter sorg dat ons kinders nie totaal onvoorbereid vir die wolwe gegooi word nie.

 

b.       Ons moet aanhou aandring op ons vryheid, - onder mekaar en na buite, in vandag se media, op  die internet, in die howe, op straat, orals waar ons nog ‘n vermoë en beweegruimte het. Niemand sal na ons luister as hulle niks sien of hoor van ons nie. Ons moenie kla oor die lakeie en hulle vyandiggesinde media soos Skewe Beeld nie, en ons kan nie van hulle verwag dat hulle ons saak propageer nie, - hulle word betaal deur, en is onderhorig aan, die heersende Regime en sy gewetenlose lakeie, en is in elk geval te lafhartig om enigsins teen hulle meesters te doen en sê. Ons moet SELF ons saak stel, waar en wanneer ons kan. Kyk maar na Pagad, - hulle het nie eens ‘n saak nie, net ‘n spul terroriste, moordenaars en dwelm-smouse, - en kyk hoe mobiliseer hulle en dra hulle hulle standpunte oor! Hierdie nuusbrief  is EEN medium, wat ons aanwend om die goeie reg van ons

      vryheidsstryd oor te dra. En ons gee aan u en almal wat ons saak op die hart dra die nodige         

      toerusting om op u beurt weer ons goeie saak te stry, waar ook al en hoe ook al en wanneer 

      ook al u dit kan doen.

 

c.       Derdens moet ons enigiets vermy wat enigsins deur ons vyande gebruik kan word om ons saak mee af te kraak en die aandag af te trek van waaroor dit gaan, naamlik volksvryheid. Ons moet ook onthou dat die vreemde staatsgesag, wat tans oor ons regeer, nie skroom om sy agentskappe te gebruik om Boere geledere te infiltreer en sogenaamde ‘dirty tricks’ operasies te loods nie. Die huidige verwikkelinge rondom die Boere rebelle is ‘n goeie voorbeeld daarvan. Die regerende Regime spandeer miljoene op agente en verraaiers. Dit kom mos van ver af, - hoeveel keer is daar nie ‘n staatsgetuie wat in die hof teen sy ‘makkers’ getuig nie?

 

d.   En vierdens moet ons bymekaarkom, letterlik en figuurlik, rondom ons stryd om ons vryheid terug te win. U sal sê hoe de joos sal ons dit regkry as ons nie eens rondom die herdenking van die Boere-Oorlog groot getalle kan bymekaarkry nie?  Laat ons net vir ‘n oomblik hier stilstaan en mooi hieroor nadink. Beteken die feit dat ons mense huidiglik by sulke geleenthede nie wil of kan in hulle tienduisende bymekaarkom nie, werklik dat dit onmoontlik is om ons mense sodanig te mobliseer dat ons kan bewys die Boerevolk bestaan, om sodoende die regte van die Boerevolk op te kan eis ?

 

DIE  VOORBEREIDING

11. Sommige van ons raak geweldig ongeduldig en gefrustreerd met die feit dat dinge net al hoe slegter gaan en niks gebeur oënskynlik aan ons kant nie, - en dit, wat gebeur, loop op mislukkings uit. Lê die fout nie ten minste tot ‘n mate dalk by ons self nie?  As ons iets wil bou, moet die fondasie reg wees. En as ons wil werk, moet ons goed opgelei wees, - veral in hierdie Azaniese omgewing.  Dis hoekom ‘n groepie Boere die Balmoral Gimnasium Vereniging gestig het, wie se doel is om opleiding van ons mense, teen wie daar tans gediskrimineer word, aan te moedig en te implementeer en om werksgeleemthede te skep. Om dit te kan bereik, en om letterlik oor ‘n sterk fondasie daarvoor  te kan beskik,  is daar ‘n opleidings- sentrum spesifiek vir hierdie doel gebou.  Meegaande fotos gee darem ‘n idee van hoe ver dit gevorder het: Die groot gebou met sy werskvloer en woonstel vir ‘n instrukteur, en die houthuise met slaapkwartiere, ablusies, kombuis en eetsaal vir die studente.

 

12. As eerste kursus word beplan ‘n sweis-kursus. Dit sal aangebied word deur ‘n gekwalifiseerde vakinstrukteur. Die kursus is ingeskakel by ‘n bestaande nywerheid, wat dan sy 

amptelike toetsbeampte beskikbaar stel om kandidate behoorlik te kwalifiseer en te kodifiseer na elke fase. Die kursus is opgebreek in opleidingsmodules,  wat elkeen eers opgevolg word deur toepaslike werk om die teorie prakties te bevestig.  Vordering hang af van die student se prestasie. Ander  moontlike opleiding sluit in trekker-bestuur, bou, houtwerk, ondernemerskap, toerisme, sekuriteit, en basiese diensopleiding. Opleiding moet prakties, intensief en van ‘n hoë gehalte wees, en kwalifikasies moet ten minste in Suid-Afrika landwyd erken word.

   Kursusdeelnemers bly op die terrein, is onderworpe aan die sentrum se dissipline en roetine, en staan direk onder die gesag van ‘n opleidingsoffisier. Die doel is nie net om hulle te kwalifiseer in ‘n gegewe vakrigting nie, maar ook om hulle fisies en geestelik te help ontwikkel om binne die sogenaamde Nuwe Suid-Afrika te kan oorleef  as Boere, en, indien moontlik,  as selfstandige ondernemers.

 

13. Die opleiding sal Januarie volgende jaar begin, DV.  Vanaf Sondag, 8 Desember, tot Maandag, 16 Desember, word ‘n Voor-Kursus aangebied op die terrein van die Balmoral Gimnasium (langs die Museum, sien aanwysings onder), waartydens voornemende studente aan ‘n interessante avontuurkamp sal deelneem, waartydens hulle tussen-in aan verskeie vakrigtings blootgestel sal word. Die doel is tweërlei:  Eerstens, vir die studente om seker te maak van wat hulle wil doen, om te kyk of hulle kans sien vir die opleiding wat aangebied sal word,  en sommer net om dit te geniet. Tweedens, vir die instrukteurs om voornemende studente te leer ken, hulle prakties met verskeie ambagte in aanraking te bring, belandstelling te toets met die oog op wat aangebied kan en sal word, en studente   te evalueer. Die Voorkursus sal voorafgegaan word deur ‘n  Ope Dag op Saterdag  7 Desember,  wanneer  die Gimnasium met ‘n uitstalling bekend gestel sal word, DV.  Die instrukteurs sal dan  beskikbaar wees vir navrae oor  kursusse, en aanmeldings vir die Voorkursus kan net daar geskied. DIE BYMEKAARKOM

 

14. Kom ons spel dit net weereens duidelik uit, want dit is die kern waarom alles draai: Ons is Boere, en as die regmatige erfgename van die Boere van ouds het ons ook ‘n internasionaal erkende reg op vryheid en ons eie staat, waarbinne ons ons Christelike waardes, ons tradisies, ons kultuur en volkskap kan uitleef onder ons eie regering, met ons eie polisie en weermag, ons eie skole en hospitale, en al die eie dinge wat elke ander volk in die wêreld as vanselfsprekend aanvaar. Ons moet net eers BEWYS dat ons Boere IS, dis al. Die herdenking van die Vrede van Vereeniging het gekom en gegaan, en die volk het nie vorendag gekom nie. Die ‘Boere-rebelle’ het gekom en gegaan  en daar het basies niks verander nie behalwe dat daar net nog meer Boere  toegesluit is. Noudat ons almal kan sien ons kan nie só-om gaan nie, - dan kan ons mos ánderkant om gaan. En wat is dié ánderkant om? Dis hier waar die verskil inkom tussen die vorige eeu en vandag. Vandag is dit mos nie meer altyd nodig om fisies bymekaar te kom om met mekaar te kommunikeer en iets saam te doen nie, - ons beskik mos oor al die nodige tegniese hulpmiddele, wat betrokkenheid oor ‘n afstand moontlik maak, ten minste tot ‘n sekere mate en tydens sekere fases.

 

15. Diegene van u wat redelik ingelig is oor wat ‘op die volksakker’ aangaan,  sal dadelik besef daar is een groot probleem, wat enige poging in hierdie verband gaan kelder indien dit nie reg aan die begin doeltreffend opgelos word nie: Dit is die feit dat hierdie ‘volksakker’ tans so dig toegegroei is van allerhande plante, waardevolle koring gemeng met nuttelose onkruid en gevaarlike gif alles deurmekaar, dat enige opregte poging gevaar loop om verswelg te word lank voordat hy  behoorlik die daglig sal kan sien. Die gewone man op straat het lankal moed opgegee om ooit die kaf  (en die gif) van die koring te kan skei, en bly dus maar veilig op ‘n afstand... Maar u sal saamstem dat dit ook nie ‘n oplossing is nie. Alleen, elkeen op sy of haar eie, sal ons deur ons vyande letterlik uitgeroei word. Vra maar vir die duisende der duisende in hierdie geknelde land wat reeds slagoffers geword het van die barbaarse aanslag. Wat die beskeie pogings wat hier ter sprake is aanbetref, kom kyk en oordeel maar self of dit die moeite werd is.

 

16. Die Nodule. Laat ons net vinnig ‘n voorraad-opname doen: Wat het ons, wat reeds bestaan, wat onaantasbaar is, en wat geskik is om te dien as ‘n onaantasbare nodule waaromheen ons as volk in hierdie post-herdenkingstyd kan saamtrek? Dis fisies, maar ook geestelik. Daar is natuurlik eerstens ons Christelike geloof, waardes en tradisies. Asook dit wat juis deur die herdenking uitgelig is: Die konsentrasiekampe en hulle begraafplase, slagvelde en musea. Daar is ons monumente, waar hulle nie gekaap is deur volksvreemde elemente of selfs omgeruk is nie. En daar is natuurlik ons mense self, veral ons jonges. Dis dus ons ERFENIS oor die algemeen. Aan die einde van die dag is dit al waaraan ons kan vasklou, siende dat ons ou SA staat en al ons fisiese besittings uitgelewer is aan ‘n vreemde staatsgesag en sy gierige hordes. En so is dit dan ook die vashouplek, die beginpunt, wat as nodule moet dien waaromheen ons moet bymekaarkom om te kan oorleef, die Boerevolk te laat herrys en ons vryheid kan herwin.

 

17. Kom ons gee dit dan ‘n naam. Soos die Boere Erfenis Vereniging (BEV). Ons hou dit eenvoudig en suiwer en Boer-gerig, a-polities en samebindend-Christelik, nie volks-verdelend.  En ons steek dit nie onder die maat-emmer weg nie, maar laat sy lig skyn. Ons is mos trots om Boere te wees. As  Vereniging, met behoorlike statute. Ons gebruik die standaard uitleg, maar omskryf die doel om die Boere saak te dien. Soos volg:    Om die behoud, bewaring en volhoubare benutting van die fisiese en geestelike erfenis van die Boerevolk  te verseker.  En ons probeer ons mense daaromheen versamel.  Navrae: Div de Villiers, 051-522 4407.

 

OPSOMMING

 

18. Oor na u toe. Ons hier by Die Boer kan dit maar net propageer, - u, die leser, en almal wat  u  kan bereik, sal bepaal of ons met hierdie beskeie treetjies tot ‘n meer algemene, groter Boere herlewing kan bydra. U insette is nie net welkom nie, maar nodig.  In Aanhangsel A vind u ‘n  eenvoudige ondersteuningsvorm, wat u kan invul en vir ons stuur aan die onderstaande adres. Sommige van u het dit alreeds ontvang, - in daardie geval, ignoreer dit, of stuur dit indien u wil en dit nog nie gedoen het nie.  Dis  die skepping van ‘n  vashou- en bymekaarkom-netwerk rondom ons Boere  erfenis. WIE IS DIE BOERE?

 

   Die Boere is die fisiese en geestelike nasate van daardie 250 000 wit manne, vroue en kinders gebore en gebrei in Afrika,

   wat na die ruines van hulle plase en huise teruggekeer het na die vernederende Vrede van Vereeniging in 1902,

   wat in 1910 in die half-onafhanklike ‘Dominion’ van die Unie van Suid-Afrika ingesleep is, saam met hulle Boere/Afrikaner- en Engels-sprekende landgenote van die Kaap en Natal, onder die pro-Britse Boeregeneraals Louis Botha en Jannie Smuts,

   wat onder die leierskap van Boeregeneraals Christiaan de Wet en Koos de la Rey opgestaan het in ‘n heldhaftige, maar tragiese rebellie in 1914, om hulle verlore vryheid te probeer herwin,

   wie se Boere nasionalisme vervolgens opgeneem is in die ontwikkeling van die breër  wit Suid-Afrikaanse nasionalisme, - terwyl die plaaslike Engelse- en ander Euro-sentriese kulture geabsorbeer en wedersyds verryk is,

   wat die politieke oppergesag herwin het in 1948 binne dié breër nasionalisme,

   wat die beleid van apartheid ingestel het, - nie om enigiemand te onderdruk nie, soos die Boere-hater propaganda dit wil hê ons moet glo,. – maar om presies die teenoorgestelde te doen : Om ál die histories benadeelde en onderdrukte nasies uit hulle koloniale multi-kulturele en multi-nasionale erfenis te lei na groter vryheid en voorspoed,

   wat verskeie swart tuislande gestig het, waar swart nasies soos die Xhosas, Tswanas, Zoeloes en Vendas kon ontwikkel rondom hulle tradisionele hartlande tot onafhanklike, voorspoedige state, afhangende van hulle vermoë en wil,

   wat deur die sogenaamde wêreldopinie beswadder en afgekraak is weens hierdie eerlike en vérsiende beleid van vreedsame etniese skeiding, wat in later jare geblyk het die beste oplossing te wees vir etniese geskille en konflik, geimplementeer dwarsoor die wêreld vanaf Oos-Europa tot Oos-Timor.

 

   -Wie se leiers, na die sluipmoord op Dr Hendrik Verwoerd, ondermyn en gekorrupteer word, totdat die hele Suid-Afrika met al sy verskillende nasies weggegee word aan ‘n gesowjetiseerde, kommunistiese Regime deur Frederik Willem de Klerk in 1994,

   wie se patriotte nou vervolg word daarvoor dat hulle hulle land en volk verdedig en beskerm het teen terrorisme en intimidasie,

   wat steeds ly aan skok en ongeloof, as gevolg van wat sekerlik as die mees verraderlike en ongelooflike uitverkoping deur ‘n volk se eie leiers bekend sal staan,

   wat die Anglo-Boere Oorlog herdenk, waartydens ‘n honderd jaar gelede hulle kinders en vrouens in die fleur van hulle lewe brutaal uitgewis is,

   wat nou, weereens, van hulle plase en uit hulle huise uit verdryf word deur ‘n moorddadige veldtog van terreur aanvalle, slagtings, verkragtings en politieke druk,

   wie se bestaansreg as ‘n eie nasie nou geïgnoreer en bespot word, wie se basiese reg om as Boere te registreer en te kan stem vir hulle eie leiers hulle ontsê word deur ‘n vyandiggesinde Regime,

   wie se vryheidsideaal niks te make het met ‘regs’ of ‘links’ nie, wie siek en sat daarvoor is om baas of lakei te moet speel vir ander wat nie na hulleself kan of wil kyk nie, - en wat nou net op hulle eie sweet- en bloed-deurdrenkte grond vir hulleself  en hulle kinders ‘n vrye en veilige toekoms wil skep binne ‘n Christelike en volkseie waardestelsel,

   wie nou ‘n kruispad bereik het in hulle nasie se geskiedenis : Óf hulle aanvaar die (vir hulle) vreemde, Sowjet-tipe Regime as hulle eie en verdwyn in die vergetelheid in, - óf hulle beveg dit op elke moontlike manier om te oorleef as ‘n nasie, wat geregtig is op sy eie vryheid en onafhanklikheid.

A. APPROACHING GENOCIDE

 

1.This issue has been delayed, with good reason : The Zimbabwean presidential election farce and the accompanying official stamp on the black state terror and expulsion of whites had to happen first, so nobody could say: Never mind, a black Regime is not so bad, things might go wrong for a while, but hey presto!, it comes right again when the opposition wins… Now it's official : Robert Mugabe has been 're-elected', rigged and cooked as the election was, Europe and America complain but do nothing except to impose a few ineffectual sanctions, black Africa claps hands, and the black state terror

continues to kill and rob and steal and drive out to its heart's content. Like the British-sanctioned so-called kaffir commandos on the accompanying photo drove out the Boer women and children from their farms a hundred years ago. And do not for one moment think this is going to stop at the Limpopo…

 

2. The Zanu-PF Regime's friends and terrorist-colleagues here in the so-called New South Africa (Azania) have seen everything which happened just to the north of us, only the other side of the Limpopo. In Zimbabwe it took 20 years before the physical expropriation and expulsion began, though it should have happened in 1990, as has come out recently. Here it will come much sooner, now that an example has been given of how to do it without any fear of retribution, and there is no white Africa-state left to consider. It might be done a bit more sanctimoniously, and less blatantly, - but do they will. And kick you out they will, - just you watch.

 

B. QUESTION AND ANSWER

 

3. The question is : Will we, the Boers, LET them take everything? Will we ALLOW ourselves be kicked out and climb meekly like our Zimbabwean brothers into the police van when Superintendent Tshabalala comes to arrest us, instead of the panga-wielding attackers? - We hear the grumbling and indignant chorus of: "Let them just try to take MY land! I will show them! Over my dead body! Let them come!...”

 

4. Well, we have news for you : The answer is exactly the opposite. As has been shown so many times in the recent past, all the bravado sneaks out the back door, once the jackboots of hard reality come goose-stepping in the front door. We will just as meekly and humbly as our Zimbabwean kith and kin surrender our land and property. And we will just as submissively climb into the van when the policemen hold it open and point their weapons. Because it is OUR police. And OUR government ruling over us. Even if we do not like them and even if we did not vote for them, - isn't it OUR state authority which was instituted over us? Just as we talk of OUR rugby players, OUR cricket team, OUR sportsmen, OUR defence force, OUR parliament, OUR MP's, OUR ministers, etc. Please, let's not bluff oursleves : As long as we give voluntary recognition to this alien, inherently hostile state as OUR state, in all its political and civilian manifestations under its Azanian flag, and as long as we do not have an ALTERNATIVE, - we will be subservient to this state and its organs. And continue to be robbed and assaulted and humiliated. And be driven out soon out of anything they want. And we must not complain, - apart from the fact that complaining isn’t going to help, it is also wrong. Just as wrong as complaining after you signed over your own house to Jonas the gardener, all legal and signed and sealed, and Jonas and his missus now moves into your beautiful bedroom. As long as that deed of transport stands unchallenged, it remains HIS house. And he can do whatever he blinking well likes there!

 

5. You are shocked? Upset? Angry? That’s right. We want to be shocked, upset and angry. And start realising that the mess we find ourselves in is of OUR making.  That it begins, and ends, with ourselves first. It is OURSELVES, as independent white state with everything which opens and closes and the strongest defence force in Africa at our disposal, who handed over the state authority to a black, communist Regime, - they themselves did not take it. And as long as we accept this without meaningful protest, without working on an alternative OWN state authority, we must accept Jonas as our Baas, and basta. Especially as long as we talk about HIS sports teams as if they were ours...

 

THE ALTERNATIVE

 

6. Let us forget, once more, the lackeys, the hands-uppers, the joiners, - all those who accept this ruling, alien Regime as their own government. Let them run after Azania, - it will soon enough turn around and devour them, like it is devouring the Todd’s and all the other naive whites unable to see what they are dealing with. When the mask is dropped a la Mugabe, it will be too late. Let us rather speak to the loyal compatriots, Boers with a capital letter, ‘our people’. Those who at least have the sense to see that this Xhosa Nostra state is not our state. Who have the insight and guts not to give any voluntary recognition to it. Who want an own state, within which we live in relative safety and security, where we can live out our own Christian values, our traditions, our culture and national life under our own government, with our own police and defence force, our own schools and hospitals and all the other own things other nations in the world, however small, regard as their natural right.

Now if only you and me felt like that, and there are at best a few hundred others who feel like that, - well, then we have no case. You and me and my work processor alone may not demand the rights of a people and a nation. As pointed out last time, we must, after the total hand-over and elimination of our state, first of all physically prove the mere EXISTENCE of a Boer nation, and that this nation WANTS to be free from the present joke of the ruling black, communist regime. And the first best opportunity to do this is the commemoration of the Peace of Vereeniging, which will be held over the weekend of 31 May to 2 June at Donkerhoek east of Pretoria.

 

7. We also have another reason for wanting this proof of existence : There are compatriots in prison, who acted on behalf of this our Boer nation, out of a firm conviction that it exists. Today, after eight years of physical and spiritual genocide under an alien, hostile regime, this is not so self-evident any more. Our political prisoners, and all who sacrificed something for the cause, deserve to know where they stand : Are they, as our enemies and their white lackeys allege, now only a handful of Don-Quixote-like ‘right-wingers’, totally out of step with their own people, - or is there still a Boer nation worth sacrificing for?

 

8. Put differently : Don’t you think that it is time we came together, all of us who do not want to be part of this Azanian mess and who want to do something to ward off the approaching ‘final solution’? Don’t you think we should try and see if we still have a nation left and if this nation WANTS to do something?  There are of course people who say this Boer nation is too useless to do anything... like the British said in 1880. Can’t we start by trying to find out if this nation cannot even GET TOGETHER? At a peaceful and untouchable meeting like this commemoration? The ‘Volkskomitee vir die Herdenking van die Tweede Vryheidsoorlog’ has already given an outline of the programme, and the main event takes place at DONKERHOEK east of Pretoria, right next to the old Radio Pretoria. It starts on Friday afternoon, 31 of May, and carries on through Saturday.

 

9. Should you agree with what has been said, you should really get involved. We are not going to get out of this mess and avoid the approaching genocide by leaving everything to a handful of ‘activists’. Please don’t say: “Come and call me once you start shooting...” We cannot do anything as long as we do not have an own state in at least one or other embryo form, and we cannot have an own state as long as we cannot prove we have a nation entitled to its own state! And under our circumstances we can only prove it by bringing together enough numbers who are prepared to stand up and be counted and speak their mind! Unless we do that, the hostile propaganda machine will succeed in their aim to relegate the Boers to a ‘detail of history’ 100 years ago... Therefore : Spread this message far and wide. Talk and discuss it.  Duplicate ‘The Boer’ and give it to friends and family. Ask us for placards and put them up in your area. And come. And drag everyone along who is a potential Boer. Remember, the ‘final solution’ for the white man (and woman) in Africa is on its way. Alone, each of us hiding in our own corner, we’ll be slaughtered and ploughed under. TOGETHER we have a chance.

BALMORAL GYMNASIUM – Building for our youth.

   Above the Museum you will see Balmoral Gymnasium being built, where young Boers should be able to acquire skills necessary to survive in the so-called New South Africa. It is being built without any state subsidy, step by step, as funds permit. When it is finally opened, around the middle of the year we hope, an intensive welding course will be the first on the agenda. Other training is also envisaged. Among the rural surroundings, students can expect high quality training, through discipline, hard work and national pride. Apart from qualifying, they must also be able to survive in the dangerous world outside.

A. INTO THE YEAR 2002.
1. We hope you have enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and may the New Year be good to you and your family. May there also be light at the end of the dark tunnel of Azanian oppression. Our second issue comes out late, but our New Year intention is to keep it up once a month. The Museum at Balmoral, next to the Concentration Camp Cemetery, remains open. Nearby, we are building the Balmoral Gymnasium and we hope to tell you more about it next time.


B. INTERIM
2. Since our last newsletter, conditions under the Azanian heel have worsened, as expected. More people have been butchered, more attacked, robbed and raped, and with the latest fall of the Rand even the most naive cheer-leaders have to grudgingly admit that the local currency and economy start looking like the third-world mess they are. The racist tyranny in neighbouring Zimbabwe puts the writing on the wall for both patriots and lackeys here. And while the rats are running away from the sinking ship, those who do not want or cannot leave are beginning to realise the seriousness of our situation and that we must do something to save ourselves, - otherwise we’ll drown...
3. Before we carry on, here are two extracts of what people have sent us this last month. There is a message there somewhere... :

The Daffodil Principle.
Several times my daughter had telephoned to say, "Mother, you must come see the daffodils before they are over... When I finally walked into Carolyn's house and hugged and greeted my grandchildren, I said, "Forget the daffodils, Carolyn! ...
...After several minutes, I had to ask, "Where are we going? This isn't the way to the garage!" "We're going to my garage the long way," Carolyn smiled, "by way of the daffodils." "Carolyn," I said sternly, "please turn around." "It's all right, Mother, I promise. You will never forgive yourself if you miss this experience."
After about twenty minutes, we turned onto a small gavel road and I saw a small church. On the far side of the church, I saw a hand-lettered sign that read, "Daffodil Garden." We got out of the car and each took a child's hand, and I followed Carolyn down the path. Then, we turned a corner of the path, and I looked up and gasped. Before me lay the most glorious sight. It looked as though someone had taken a great vat of gold and poured it down over the mountain peak and slopes. The flowers were planted in majestic, swirling patterns -- great ribbons and swaths of deep orange, white, lemon yellow, salmon pink, saffron, and butter yellow. Each different-colored variety was planted as a group so that it swirled and flowed like its own river with its own unique hue. There were five acres of flowers. "But who has done this?" I asked Carolyn." "It's just one woman," Carolyn answered. "She lives on the property. That's her home." Carolyn pointed to a well-kept A-frame house that looked small and modest in the midst of all that glory. We walked up to the house. On the patio, we saw a poster. "Answers to the Questions I Know You Are Asking" was the headline. The first answer was a simple one."50,000 bulbs," it read. The second answer was, "One at a time, by one woman.Two hands, two feet, and very little brain." The third answer was, "Began in 1958."
There it was. The Daffodil Principle. For me, that moment was a life-changing experience. I thought of this woman whom I had never met, who, more than forty years before, had begun -- one bulb at a time -- to bring her vision of beauty and joy to an obscure mountain top. Still, just planting one bulb at a time, year after year, had changed the world....
"It makes me sad in a way," I admitted to Carolyn. "What might I have accomplished if I had thought of a wonderful goal thirty-five or forty years ago and had worked away at it 'one bulb at a time' through all those years. Just think what I might have been able to achieve!"
My daughter summed up the message of the day in her usual direct way. "Start tomorrow," she said...


General Robert E. Lee, one of the bravest and most successful commanding officers of all time, has been quoted as follows :
"Knowing that intercessory prayer is out mightiest weapon and the supreme call for all Christians today, I pleadingly urge our people everywhere to pray. Believing that prayer is the greatest contribution that our people can make in this critical hour, I humbly urge that we take time to pray – to really pray. Let there be prayer at sunup, at noonday, at sundown, at midnight – all through the day. Let us pray for our children, our youth, our aged, our pastors, our homes. Let us pray for our churches. ... Let us pray for our nation... "

C. FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD.
4. In our last issue, we ended off with the question : "What do you do?" We suggested we stop drowning and start doing something to save themselves. Well, there are three things we could, and must, do if we want to have any chance at all. And they are linked – you cannot do one and sit back and ignore the others. Please bear with us.
Firstly, just like General Lee and thousands and thousands of Christians throughout the ages, we must pray, pray for our people, for our loved ones, for our nation. Pray is not for ‘sissies’ and cowards. Whether it was at Paardekraal or Majuba, or against the Muslim hordes in front of the Vienna gates, - when a Christian faces overwhelming odds, and he or she calls on God to help, God never refuses. HOW He will help, and WHAT His plan is, we must trust and leave in His hands. All we can say with certainty is that WITHOUT His help, we will lose everything we and our forefathers built up over more than 300 years in South Africa.
5. Secondly, we must survive. We, our families and our children. It does not help to plan the best and most wonderful freedom struggle imaginable, - and by the time we want to start, half of us are dead and the other half is bankrupt. Physically and economically we must survive. Physically, by circling our wagons, as a matter of speech, by going into laager, by whichever way we can, so that we are not alone when we are attacked and look down the barrel of the AK (from the wrong side...). Note that we do not say ‘if’, but ‘when’. We can go into laager by different means, starting off by working with your neighbour next door, by forming a neighbourhood watch, by joining existing defence-orientated organisations, police forums, the commandos, police reserve, whatever. By always being aware of the hordes around you watching, just waiting to hit, preferably the unprepared, weak and defenceless. By rehearsing whatever defence mechanism you have, once a month at least. By never leaving your old and young alone. By always being alert and ‘paraat’. By realising that we are living in a war situation. No, that is a lie, it is not war, - it is a slaughter... Our people are not only being killed, - they are being slaughtered, like sheep waiting for the butcher, with no real protection at all.
Equally important is the issue of economic survival. At the end of the day, it does not really matter whether you are killed by an attacker, or you die of hunger, or you kill yourself out of desperation over not having any money for your children... We all know our own people are not all angels. Everything but. But they are and remain OUR people, and blood is thicker than water. As employee, try and find work with our own people. The state is not ours anymore, and the powers that be openly discriminate against you anyway. But if that is not possible, no problem, as long as you and yours can survive. As employer, try and give work to our own people. And accept that this is a hard and difficult road, with many disappointments. But our own disappointments one should be able to handle, - those of hostile masses one cannot. Not in the long term. They’ll kill you, sometimes literally.
Whatever you do, do the best you can to survive, with out own people in mind first. To have food on the table, clothes to wear, and a roof over our head, - that alone is reason to be thankful and not to give up hope. Remember, there are those who have not even got that. And avoid debt like the plague.
6. Thirdly, we must get out of this Azanian mess. There is no such thing as ‘impossible’ or ‘irreversible’. Think of the woman, who started firty years ago to plant bulbs. Just as important as surviving as an individual and a family, just as important it is to start working to survive as a nation. A Boer nation, which happens to be of Indo-Germanic stock, white, and proud of it, - like the Zulus are black, of Bantu stock and proud of thát. In the long term, we cannot survive in Africa outside an own national identity. Do not say there is no money or time for that. There are people incarcerated in prison for trying to save us from this Azanian slaughter-house, - and we want to carry on quibbling? You say you have already done this or that and look what happened? We mentioned some of the things people did in our first issue, and, really, as long as many of those people are not twisted and bitter yet (as they might well be), none of us has a right to give up. Of course our abilities and resources differ. But everyone can do SOMETHING, - each according to his own talent, wallet and time. And then the good Lord will arrange all these different contributions, big and small, and form them into one wonderful, huge and powerful whole.

D. THE BASIS : NATIONAL WILL
7. Now we are back at the crux of the matter : WHAT must I do? By this time, we should have gone beyond the question of who we are, and agree that we want our freedom back, under the Boer flag as our own indigenous flag offering us the best chance of success. We discussed this in the first issue, and in a second appendix, an article by one Adriana Stuijt further reinforces this view. We want our freedom through our own state, where we can survive as a Christian nation according to our faith, values, traditions and culture, - without in any way impinging on the rights of others. Like our Freedom Manifesto spells it out (see our first issue, or www.scafrica.com ). That is the theory. How to implement this in practice? First of all, just like during the days of the British occupation of the Transvaal ZAR, the nation must demonstrate, clearly and unmistakably, its national will, that it is NOT satisfied with the (to us) alien, black and communist rule, and that it wants self-government, ie an OWN state and authority. There have been attempts in the recent past to try and achieve this national will, but so far none could come up with the necessary drive and support. In fact, our enemies and their lackeys maintain a perception that the Boer nation does not even exist anymore! And many of our people, isolated from each other and exposed to a barrage of media propaganda, are beginning to believe this!
Well, there is only one answer to this : We must PROVE that this nation still exists, that we do not want to remain under the heel of Azanian or so-called ‘New South African’ rule, and that we want our own state back and the self-government promised to us in 1902, - something we are entitled to according to International Law. The ‘how’ and ‘where’ and ‘when’ comes later (though not too much later), - let us first clear the PRINCIPLE, then the rest will be easy.
8. How do we do this? Just like in 1880, under a foreign authority controlling state power and mass media, this can only be done through one mighty national rally and demonstration. Then it was Paardekraal, and Paardekraal was the beginning of the end for the first British occupation. This year, we commemorate the last year of the Boer War, and on the 31st of May it will be 100 years ago that the free, sovereign and independent Boers laid down their weapons and their freedom at the Peace of Vereeniging, - after a long and honourable struggle against the then mightiest power on earth. This peace was negotiated, and agreed on paper, between the GOVERNMENTS of Great Britain, the South African Republic (Transvaal) and the Orange Free State. See our first appendix attached. The commemoration of the Peace of Vereeniging is the last, but also the best opportunity to take up our freedom from where our ancestors temporarily laid it down, to link the present to the past, to latch onto the Peace Agreement which recognises the existence of a Boer nation and independent Boer Republics, which puts our own governments on a par with that of Great Britain, and does not only imply the right to a return to self-rule, but specifically mentions that self-government ‘will be introduced’.
9. This is one road back to freedom. The other route runs via the ‘old South Africa’, a detour from 1910 to 1994, but in its end and personal experience CLOSER to so many of us. Much can be said about the so-called old South Africa, to an extent a unitary state, but through its apartheid policy actually a political structure which left ROOM for the relisation of homelands, national self-government for different nations, and thus also freedom for the Boer nation. Whatever the faults of the old RSA, at least it was not the sovietised, centristic unitary state now being enforced. And there was a genuine, praiseworthy attempt to give each his own, to grant every nation, white and black, its freedom and development within certain borders, according to the much-maligned so-called grand apartheid. In the meantime, this same apartheid policy is at the root of what is implemented and accepted as the only just solution to multi-national conglomerates like the old The white Republic of South Africa was álso recognised internationally as a free, independent and sovereign state, - and its hand-over to the present black, communist state is álso open to debate and highly controversial. So, the justification of a freedom struggle to regain self-government can rest on TWO legs : That of the right of the old Boer Republics, and that of the right of the white Republic of South Africa. Per se, and in this last year of the commemoration, the linkage to the old Boer sovereignty remains top of the agenda, - but the living connection to the old South Africa is the óther important link, which álso offers judicial justification.
10. For a national movement to be successful, it must be simple, easily understood and uncomplicated. We must not get entangled in finer details of what should rightfully be ours, - that will come later, and only if and when we have sorted out the basic principle. This principle is simple: Do we accept the alien, black, communist authority as our own and do we want to remain under its heel as second-class citizens until we, too, are murdered/raped/evicted from the land of our fathers? Or do we want our own state, with our own government, civil service, police, defence force, schools and hospitals?
Remember, the most effectively paralysing propaganda, which until now has killed off every decent resistance, is the perception that there is no such thing as a Boer nation any more. That we all, though with gnashing teeth, regard ourselves as part and parcel of the so-called New South Africa. That is where the crux lies, and that is where we must start if we want to have any chance at all. Don’t now bother with borders, or whether we want a volkstaat or not, or what kind of political representation will be chosen by the new Boer Republic, or who should be our leaders, - if fought over now, this will only serve to smother the basic principle with issues which can be discussed in peace and quiet later. At the moment, we have nothing, zilch, 0,000 square millimetre. No own government, no authority whatsoever, no real representation, nothing. The Azanian can do to us whatever they like, and if we do not start working on an own state soon, they will do the same as their brothers are doing in Zimbabwe, ie chase us off our land and out of our houses without a finger being lifted in our defence anywhere in the world. The priority now should be : Get together as a NATION, prove we ARE a nation, show the world we do NOT want to be part of this sovietised multi-national concoction, and hands-up for an OWN state, where we, as whites, as Boers, can determine our own and our children’s future ourselves. This is our RIGHT, - but this right, which we can argue right up to the highest court in the world, will only be realised if and when we make the time and opportunity to literally stand up and be counted, - as Boers. Only thereafter will things fall into place.
11. To sum up : As regards our freedom struggle, we must first and foremost get together, physically, on the 31st of May, at the commemoration of the Peace Agreement of Vereeniging. The ‘Volkskomitee vir die Herdenking van die Tweede Vryheidsoorlog’ is responsible for the occasion, and it has already worked out the outlines of a programme. The climax is the commemoration at DONKERHOEK 25KM east of Pretoria. It starts on Friday the 31st with a torch guard of honour and closes off on Sunday the 2nd with a morning church service. This is the LAST opportunity we have to congregate as Boers within the untouchable and internationally recognised framework of the centenary commemoration of what is known all over the world as the Boer War. Nobody can stop you , - it is a peaceful meeting, standing on Boer soil. Let us not worry about what else is being planned, - these occasions have a tendency to develop their own momentum. Let us rather concentrate on the most important issue : To come together this once for the sake of our very survival here on this blood-drenched African soil. OUR VERY PRESENCE AS A NATION will already serve a purpose and send a message out to the world : The message of the existence of a Boer nation, which is the lawful heir of the internationally recognised Boer nation of 1902, and which until 1994 inside the old South Africa had at least some sort of living space.

We should not be in too much of a hurry,, - but, on the other hand, we cannot afford to wait until we are in the position the Zimbabwe whites find themselves in : totally helpless and sold out to a power-hungry, brutal black Regime, which does not know any inhibitions.

The Peace Agreement of Vereeniging, 31 May 1902

"General Lord Kitchener of Khartoum, Commanding-in-Chief, and His Excellency Lord Milner, High Commissioner, on behalf of the British Government,
and Messrs. S. W. Burger, F. W. Reitz, Louis Botha, J. H. de la Rey, L. J. Meyer, and J. C. Krogh, acting as the Government of the South African Republic, and Messrs. W. J. C. Brenner C. R. de Wet, J. B. M. Hertzog, and C. H. Olivier, acting as the Government of the Orange Free State, On behalf of their respective Burghers,
Desirous to terminate the present hostilities, agree on the following Articles:
1. The Burgher Forces in the field will forthwith lay down their arms, handing over all guns, rifles, and munitions of war, in their possession or under their control, and desist from any further resistance to the authority of His Majesty King Edward V11, whom they recognise as their lawful Sovereign. The manner and details of this surrender will be arranged between Lord Kitchener and Commandant-General Botha, Assistant Commandant-General De La Rey, and Chief Commandant De Wet.
2. Burghers in the field outside the limits of the Transvaal and Orange River Co1ony, and all prisoners of war at present outside South Africa, who are burghers, will, on duly declaring their acceptance of the position of subjects of His Majesty King Edward air be gradually brought back to their homes as soon as transport can be provided and their means of subsistence ensured.
3. The burghers so surrendering or so returning will not be deprived of their personal liberty, or their property.
4. No proceedings, civil or criminal, will be taken against any of the burghers so surrendering or so returning for any acts in connection with the prosecution of the war. The benefit of this clause will not extend to certain acts contrary to the usage of war which have been notified by the Commander-in-Chief to the Boer Generals, and which shall be tried by Court-Martial immediately after the close of hostilities
5. The Dutch language will be taught in public schools in the Transvaal and the Orange River Colony where the parents of the children desire it, and will be allowed in Courts of Law when necessary for the better and more effectual administration of justice.
6. The possession of rifles will be allowed in the Transvaal and Orange River Colony to persons requiring them for their protection on taking out a licence ac- cording to law.
7. Military administration in the Transvaal and Orange River Colony will at the earliest possible date be succeeded by civil government, and, as soon as circumstances permit, representative institutions, leading up to self-government, will be introduced.
8. The question of granting the franchise to natives will not be decided until after the introduction of self-government.
9. No special tax will be imposed on landed property in the Transvaal and Orange River Colony to defray the expenses of the war.
10. As soon as conditions permit, a Commission, on which the local inhabitants will be represented, will be appointed in each district of the Transvaal and Orange River Colony, under the presidency of a magistrate or other official, for the purpose of assisting the restoration of the people to thqj’ homes and supplying those who, owing to war losses, are unable to provide for themselves, with food, shelter, and the necessary amount of seed, stock, implements, etc., indispensable to the resume Tien of their normal occupations. His Majesty’s Government will place at the disposal of these Commissions a sum of three million pounds sterling for the above purposes, and will allow all notes, issued under Law No. 1 of 1900 of the Government of the South African Republic, and all receipts given by the officers in the field of the late Republics or under their orders, to be presented to a Judicial Commission, which will be appointed by the Government, and if such notes and receipts are found by this Commission to have been duly issued in return for valuable consideration they will be received by the first-named Commissions as evidence of war losses suffered by the persons to whom they were originally given. In addition to the above-named free grant of three million pounds, His Majesty’s Government will be prepared to make advances as loans for the same purposes, free of interest for two years, and afterwards repayable over a period of years with 3 per cent interest. No foreigner or rebel will be entitled to the benefit of this clause.

Wat my veral nog baie bitter maak, is die feit dat mense nog steeds op die ou Broederbond-manier na die Vrouemonument verwys as die "Afrikanervrouemonument". Die vrouens en kinders en bejaarde mans wat daar doodgemartel is in die kampe orals was Boere. Hulle was NOOIT Afrikaners nie en het NOOIT na hulself verwys as Afrikaners nie -- en selfs hul vyande het na hul verwys as Boere. Dit was Boere waarmee die Engelse gestry het, nie Afrikaners nie. Daar is dus vanaf daardie tyd al aan mense 'n keuse gestel: as hulle hulself geïdentifiseer het met die Boerevolk in die Transvaal en Oranje Vrystaat, het hulle OF soontoe getrek, saam met hulle baklei, en hulself Boere begin noem. - OF agterGEBLY in die Kaap, EN het hulle meestal na hulself verwys as Afrikaners. Tydens die mynwerkersopstande van die twintiger- en dertigerjare het hierdie Klerewerksters en Mynwerkers almal aktief saamgestaak en saamgemarsjeer in die strate teen die groot ryk Engelse mynmagnate - en hoekom het hulle dit gedoen? Omdat hulle lede was van die verslane Boerevolk, nie juis omdat hulle "Kommuniste" was soos die Afrikaner Broederbond en die mynmagnate se koerante hulle almal genoem het nie... Daar was kommunistiese leiers onder hulle, en baie van die mynwerkers was inderdaad ook Engels, dit is hoekom hierdie groepe almal onder die versamelnaam van "blankes" die geskiedenis ingegaan het. Maar tragies genoeg was dit dus veral die Boerestakers wat op geskiet is by Cottesloe Koppie deur Jan Smuts se soldate (wat uit Brits se omgewing gekom het) . Hulle is selfs met masjiengewere vanuit 'n vliegtuig beskiet. Baie Boervrouens en Boermans is tydens hierdie stakingsopstand deur Jan Smuts se polisie en soldate doodgeskiet -- en baie van hierdie polisie en soldate het nooit vooraf geweet dat die mense wat hulle geskiet het, Boermense was nie. Hulle is vertel dit was kommunistiese Britse mynwerkers. So is daar gevalle gemeld waarin 'n broer van Brits ontdek het dat hy sy eie susterskind doodgeskiet het in Cottesloe. Dit is wat dus kan gebeur as 'n volk sy eie geskiedenis en selfs sy stamnaam verloor het. Gaan kyk maar na die name op die Cottesloe koppie se monument, as dit nog daar is: dit is Boere wat daar gesneuwel het. Gaan kyk ook maar na die ou grafte in die mynwerkersdorpies rondom Johannesburg van daardie tydperk en lees die name van die mense wat tydens die onluste gearresteer is: dit is grotendeels Boerevanne. As joernalis, het ek self dikwels rondgedwaal tussen die grafte van daardie myndorpies en die name opgeskryf: en die grootste deel van die vanne van daardie tydperk op die dikwels powere grafstene was Boervanne. Dit is maar net 'n klein deel van die Boeregeskiedenis wat eintlik nooit werklik in die Broederbond se geskiedenisweergawe baie "duidelik gestel"is nie. Trouens is groot dele daarvan of weggelaat of selfs moedswillig verkeerd geskryf. Ek het al die bekende toneelstukke wat destyds deur die Kleremaaksters self geskryf is, hier in my besit, asook baie van hul artikels in hul eie tydskriffies. Dit is 'n tragiese hoofstuk van die Boervrouens se geskiedenis wat eintlik ook langsaan die Boervrouemonument geplaas sou moes word -- om mense te laat weet dat baie van hierdie dapper Boervrouens die konsentrasiekampe oorleef het deur soos "fabrieksmeide" in Engelstalige stede te gaan werk. Hulle stryd het voortgeduur maar niemand het hulle gehelp nie, en hulle is selfs deur Afrikaners "terugbetaal" vir hul moed deur selfs hul stamidentiteit en hul eie geskiedenis van hul af te neem. Die huidige mense wat hulself nog steeds "Afrikaners" wil noem -- moet besluit watter deel van die geskiedenis hulle die sterkste oor voel, en of hulle trots daarop kan wees om liewers na hulself as Boere te begin verwys i.p.v. wat die ANC nou vir hulle begin noem, naamlik die "wittes". INTRODUCTION
1. You might have visited the museum at Balmoral. Or you might have met us, who built the museum, some other way. Anyway, it is now your priviledge (or your grief, whichever way you look at it) to receive this newsletter. Feel welcome to read it and see what you think. The Big, the Bad and the Ugly. We are angry. We are bitter. And we feel
betrayed. There are, I’m sure, thousands of old South Africans, Afrikaners, whites, Boers (call them whatever you like) in this country who feel the same. With very good reason. A hundred years ago Boer children and women were nearly wiped out by white imperialists. Today our people are being slaughtered and driven off by a black regime aided and abetted by the same type of whites who grabbed our land before. Many of us are killed. Many more robbed, raped, and beaten. Some just go away overseas. Some try to be clever and tell you you should be glad and dancing in the streets since you now have got ’democracy’, you are ‘liberated’, you should adapt to the necessary teething troubles, - and anyway, you deserve what you get because for 300 years your kind flogged and enslaved and exploited and oppressed every poor, innocent black angel in sight. Well, if you believe that, we’ve got news for you : We don’t. And we don’t believe we should shut up and kiss the broad posteriors of our killers, robbers and rapists, either. We would like to tell you something. In fact, we would like to tell you quite a bit, starting with what happened to our generation, - the big, bad and ugly white South Africans. If you are interested enough to want to see where we’ll end up, carry on reading.
Background. While most of us, the foot soldiers, younger and older, better or worse, while we went to school, studied, sweated and sometimes bled in the SADF, worked, married, raised children and wholeheartedly believed in our God, our own country, our own nation, with our own government, civil service, defence force and police to lead and protect us, - while we were busy living our lives, our body politic, behind our backs, was rotting away into a stinking. all-infesting carcass. With hindsight, of course, one can recognize the steady decline in morals, morale and integrity at the top of white South Africa’s leadership after the assassination of Prime Minister HF Verwoerd in 1966 (who had him killed? Read ‘Bird on the Wing’ by Dr Allan Bird, an eminent neurologist of the sixties, ISBN No 0-620-17050-6). We now see how independent white Southern Africa was systematically sold out to its terrorists under the guise of ‘democracy’, ‘one-man-one-vote’ and ‘liberation’. Ian Smith’s Rhodesia was thrown to Mugabe’s wolves by perfidious Albion and an increasingly rotten SA government in 1979/80. Then South West Africa and ultimately the whole of South Africa, including all the black homelands, were handed over to black neo-communist rule in the early nineties. Prophetic voices like those of Mr Jaap Marais were ignored, those within the system like former President PW Botha, who tried to draw a line, were outmaneuvered. The last white government under the now thoroughly incompetent and subverted ‘National’ Party railroaded the once resilient white South Africa into a so-called democratic ‘New South Africa’, - by hook, by crook and by just about every trick in the book. In this it was ably supported by both external and internal advisers and collaborators. The majority of our people, who were beginning to show increasing opposition to the looming hand-over during the last free white elections and by-elections, never really got out of their starting-blocks before a cleverly-worded referendum question and a stage-managed multi-racial, multi-national election in 1994 (Johan Kriegler’s famous brothel) sealed their fate.
For nearly a decade now all the different races, nations and tribes of SA have been forced to live under an increasingly all-powerful ANC/Communist Regime, - nominally ‘democratic’ and ‘liberated’ from the supposedly bad and ugly apartheid past, but in reality under the heels of far more damaging and iniquitous racism, oppression, corruption and downright incompetence. ‘Holy Nelson’ Mandela having been replaced by the rather less charming former terrorist boss Thabo Mbeki as President of what is recognizable as just another de-facto one-party state, disillusionment is setting in with a vengeance, even among the many naïve former praise-singers of the multi-ethnic hotchpotch they helped create. However, most still refuse to publicly admit the basic error of their disastrous social engineering experiment, - even though it is clear that the dozen or so vastly different nations and peoples are now forcibly brought down to the lowest common denominator by a least competent and most arrogant bunch of former terrorists. Faced with the growing nightmare of daily slaughter, rape, violence, economic decline and a typical Black Africa autocracy, many white ‘opposition’ politicians, business- and industry leaders and the mass-media prefer to blame ‘safe’ causes : Poverty, Aids, inadequate training, racism, xenophobia, lack of investment, the strong Dollar, the weak Euro, the US government, Mugabe, Mbeki, understaffed police, overstaffed bureaucracy, etc. etc, - and, of course, good old bad apartheid… The white establishment, being guilty of having aided and abetted the introduction of black rule, does not want to admit that it is the very system itself which is wrong, - though thousands and thousands of their colleagues and children have conceded precisely that by moving overseas to white-ruled states.

4. Situation. At present, about four million whites are physically and economically struggling to survive in the so-called New South Africa among the 'masses' of more or less hostile and alien blacks. Since 1994, they have no state, government, judiciary, defence force, police, civil service, schools or hospitals of their own any more, - they are now a scattered and fearful minority within a blatantly antagonistic and smugly arrogant black-majority state. On a daily basis, whites are being murdered, raped, robbed and intimidated by black killers and robbers, not only on farms, but in the cities, too. The fact that blacks are being clobbered by their own ‘brethren’, too, is little consolation to white victims. The pathetically subservient media censor out the racist nature of the daily slaughter, - if they mention the killings at all, - while the few white-on-black crimes in between are splashed and trotted out ad nauseam to hide the far more gruesome and common black terror. Meanwhile, the black, communist-controlled state steadily breaks down one after the other of the so-called checks and balances touted by the last white president FW de Klerk as a guarantee of white survival. Under the guise of ‘affirmative action’, ‘land re-distribution’ and ‘black empowerment’, this state uses newly-made laws to take over the desired white property ‘legally’ and ‘within the law’, - the rather clever Azanian form of Mugabe-style land-grabs. Thereby the Regime hopes to achieve the same goal as the Zimbabwean terrorist-‘war veterans’ by less obvious and more subtle means.
What is happening in the ‘New South Africa’ is genocide, pure and simple, comparable to the genocide against the Boer people 100 years ago, when 28 000 helpless children and women were driven off their land, herded into concentration camps and left to die by (white) imperialists. Only this time it is done by black puppets and communists, though with the same foreign white interests pulling the strings and smearing in their media. It might conceivably be the Final Solution for the modern-day Boers, the white South Africans, the Afrikaners, who, like the Jews in Palestine, are hounded and surrounded by hostile hordes in the land of their fathers. No wonder quite a few Boers regard themselves as the Lost Tribe of Israel.

5. Identity. You, the reader, fed up with endless talk, might at this stage be asking : "This is all well and good, - but what can we do?" - Please be patient, we should get there eventually. Before we can decide on the WHAT, we have to know the WHO. The first crucial question is : Who are we, the whites of South Africa? Who are you, born and bred in this country, of white ancestry? Who do you think and feel you are? Are we just whites, for the sake of race, or South Africans, or Afrikaners, or Boers, or Azanians, or New South Africans, Rainbow People, or what? Those who feel they belong to the ‘New SA", who believe in the social engineering experiment of all South African nations and tribes forced together under a de facto black, Xhosa, communist Regime, who recognize the artificial Azanian (or ‘New SA’) flag as their own, who voluntarily take part in and benefit from the oppression of all national aspirations and freedoms, - they are welcome to their ‘New South Africa’. They should call themselves Azanians. They deserve what they get. At this stage, at the latest, we should wave them good-bye and wish them luck, - they’ll need it.
Those of us, however, who instinctively reject the present dispensation as alien, forced and unnatural, who long for safety and development amongst people sharing the same values, traditions and Christian faith, and who do not contemplate going overseas, - we should realize that we need, first of all, to identify ourselves to be able to work for and reach the security and decent future we want, among people more compatible to our own than the hordes masquerading as ‘South Africans’ and swamping our land. We need this for our and for our children’s sake. There is only one place where we can achieve this, and that is within our own community, group, volk and nation. And of these, our own nation, free, independent and with its own authority and structures to caress and protect us, is the only secular guarantor and protector powerful enough to do the job.
Anything less is an illusion. Now what is the identity of this our nation? We HAD one, remember, the so-called Old South Africa, which generally served us well, with all its faults and problems, - until it was turned upside down and sold out to the evil Azanian Empire of 1994. This Dark Africa monster usurped our old name, South Africa, so people would not recognize its alien nature. By rights, it should officially be called Azania, as its more honest representatives in the PAC and Azapo, to their credit, do. But the ruling regime is hanging on to the ‘Republic of SA’ nametag, and this leaves us with the necessity to identify OUR nation in such a way, that our own people, and the world outside, can recognize us for what we are and want to be, unmistakably and undeniably, but also proudly and righteously.
To lay out here the lengthy appreciation of finding the best and most appropriate identity and name among those in use, all the arguments, the pros and cons of all the alternatives, would take up too much time and space. Enough to say that, given our peculiar circumstances and our peculiar day and age, the term ‘Boer’ represents one identity which conceptualises and describes us as a people entitled to be a free nation, without risking the sort of dirty label or wearying refutation which could kill off the very idea before we even had a chance to implement it. ‘Boer’ is historically well-founded, legally established, ethnically correct, compatible to most, if not all, South African whites, and held in high esteem mainly through the fortitude and righteousness of our forefathers, whose genuine freedom struggle happens to be commemorated in its centenary until May next year. In certain quarters a ‘Boer’ was made synonymous with a somewhat backward poor white divorced from his richer, better educated cousins. Facing the bloody disaster together, is it really too much to ask to try and overcome some of our emotional and historical knee-jerk antipathies? What are the alternatives? The term ‘Boer’ would, actually, also be more of an advantage today, given the world’s sympathy for the underdog and the poor, - in theory at least. Furthermore, such an image undercuts our enemies’ anticipated loony left propaganda just waiting to portray us as the bad, racist, wealthy whites out to deprive and oppress the ‘poor blacks’. The fact that there never really was a proper final peace treaty with the Boer Republics after the Second Anglo-Boer War, and that thus their sovereignty and independence is just waiting to be picked up and carried forward to be argued according to International Law right up the International Court, is a bonus not to be sneezed at.

6. The Boer. This letter is called The Boer and aims to inform and to serve as a link between those of us whites, Afrikaners, Boers, who are committed to and willing to work for our own, free nation here in South Africa. The Boer wants to help find a way to where we can live safely and without fear according to our own values, traditions and Christian faith, to build a future for our children. We do not in any way want to encroach on the rights of any other peoples and nations in South Africa. We underwrite the Freedom Manifesto spelt out underneath and wish to emphasize that what we want is nothing more than what people and nations all over the world accept as their God-given right, - a right so deviously taken away from us by the ruling clique of traitors in 1994.

THEORY

7. Vryheidsmanifes.

In hierdie tyd van onderdrukking en verguising, Glo ons Volk:

- dat die Drie-Enige God volkome beskik oor die bestaan en lotgevalle van alle volkere;
dat ons vaders deur Hom na hierdie land gelei is met die doel dat ons Volk Hom in hierdie land sal
dien;
- dat Hy vir ons 'n bestemming beskik het;
- dat ons geskiedenis Sy seën en tug weerspieël;
- dat ons in nederige gehoorsaamheid en verantwoording voor Hom moet buig.

Verwerp ons volk:

- 'n kunsmatige veelvolkerestaat, waarin die verskillende volke onder een regime ingedwing word;
- enige oorheersing deur 'n vreemde regering of enige ander staatkundige bestel, wat nie voorsiening maak vir die volledige vryheid van ons Volk in sy vaderland nie.

Eis ons Volk die reg:

- om as Volk voort te bestaan;
- om ons identitiet en ons taal te bewaar;
- om ons eie verteenwoordigters en leiers op demokratiese wyse aan te wys;
- om ons nasionalisme, volkstrou, en liefde vir ons vaderland uit te leef;
- om vry te wees om sonder inmenging van buite onsself in ons eie vaderland te regeer;
- om ons voortbestaan met alle middele tot ons beskikking te verdedig;
- om na ons eie veiligheid, sekuriteit en landsverdediging om te sien;
- om ons eie samelewing, regspleging, wet en orde te handhaaf;
- om na ons keuse, volgens Christelik-nasionale beginsels, ons eie gemeenskapslewe, opvoeding, sosiale en maatskaplike strukture in te rig.

Onderneem ons volk:
om God as volkome Oppermag,te erken en om Hom uit dankbaarheid vir Sy genade te eer en te
dien;
- om volgens Bybelse eise van sedelikheid te lewe;
- om vryheid en welsyn te bevorder;
- om ware en blywende vrede tussen vrye mense en vrye volkere onder God se gesag na te streef;
- om die vaderlandsbodem en -natuur te bewaar;
- om ons selfvertroue en selfrespek te herwin;
- om trou en offervaardigheid tussen volksgenote te bevorder;
- om vreedsame verhoudings met ander volke na te strewe.

Sê ons Volk:

- ons bly getrou aan die ideale van ons voorvaders en ons trotse volksgeskiedenis;
ons verset onsself teen die onregmatige oorgawe en daaropvolgende onderdrukking en verguising
van ons Volk en ons mense;
- ons sal nie rus voordat ons vryheid in ons eie vaderland bevestig is nie;
- ons is bereid tot die opofferinge, wat die vryheidstryd sal verg;
- ons verootmoedig onsself voor ons Heilige Vader en bid en werk onop houdelik vir die
herwinning van ons vryheid;
- ons versoek alle volksgenote om in hierdie uur van nood mekaar te onderskraag en rondom die regmatige en onverbiddelike strewe na vryheid te verenig;
ons is in 'n oorlewings- en vryheidstryd gewikkel teen die magte van die bose en op ons ganse Volk en al sy leiers rus die dure verpligting om alles in die stryd te werp om ons vryheid, Christelikheid
en onafhanklikheid te herwin.

RESISTANCE

8. Paddles. Let us be brutally honest with ourselves : We are up the creek, without a paddle. Fact. It is interesting to look back at some of the paddles we had or tried to have. The worthwhile paddles, not the brandy-and-coke or con-man variety. We must admit, first of all, that most of us, though progressively more disgusted with the way our national heritage was being thrown to the wolves, were unable to grasp the depth and near total spread of treason and cowardice in our political and military hierarchy. So the real resistance attempted from 1993 onwards was done outside, actually against, our own traditional top leadership and structures (with one or two notable exceptions). In retrospect, this explains, at least to a certain degree, its failure so far.

9. Radio Pretoria. Realizing in the early nineties the importance of an own voice, a proper resistance radio, a small, but enthusiastic and dedicated group of ‘amateurs’ begged, borrowed and scraped their way to ‘Radio Pretoria’ in 1993. Allowing its controlling body to be dominated by a ‘culture front’, - a fatal mistake, as it turned out, - the founders nevertheless had it walking tall and well-nigh invincible against any incoming communist regime in April 1994. It had become THE point of resistance, against which our enemies would have destroyed themselves politically, especially had they shot at and eliminated it by force. Precisely then, when it could have turned the tide, it was … closed down by its own controlling body with a majority of 5:3. Exit an ideal, immediate and physical rallying core of Afrikaner/Boer resistance against the total sell-out. When Radio Pretoria re-opened a year later, it was as a ‘regulated’, regime-licensed radio station, devoted to Afrikaner culture, appreciated as our people's voice, - but minus the hard-core Boer resistance.

10. Fort Schanskop. Having established the Pretoria Boer Commando Group to guard and defend Radio Pretoria, it was decided, by a small group of modern-day Boers, to occupy and hold an old Boer fort as a symbolic resistance operation on the 7th of December 1993. This was the day real power over the country was handed over to the so-called Transitional Executive Council (TEC) by the de Klerk government, which was determined to set in motion the ultimate betrayal of everything generations of South Africans and Boers had stood and fought for. The symbolism, timing and relevance was perfect, the impact surpassed expectations, and the powers-that-be were facing the dilemma of either crushing and killing off the 24 lightly-armed young defenders and losing their holier-than-thou pose, - or watching this little point of resistance grow bigger day by day, as supporters and sympathizers literally gather round. Attempts to intimidate the defenders into surrender failed. Then the trump-card was played by the de Klerk Regime: General Constand Viljoen, until then generally well thought of, trusted and respected as the military leader of the existing formal ‘resistance’ movement called the Volksfront. He was sent in early on the 8th, and duly manipulated the young Boers into surrender, being accepted as their top commanding officer. Another point of resistance neutralized by our own ‘leadership’.

11. Radio Donkerhoek. When Radio Pretoria closed down in 1994, some ‘bittereinders’ walked out in disgust and started all over again. With the support of loyal ‘Friends of Donkerhoek’, they got a truly free and independent radio station back on the air, covering little more than part of the Pretoria-Johannesburg area. They cocked a snook at the so-called IBA for years, transmitted from cars and from behind false walls, set up studios in the bush, and braved greedy informers and sophisticated direction-finders, - all voluntary and without pay. On at least one occasion the inimitable announcer Susan, two helpers and a little girl stared down the full task force with a host of heavy policemen armed to the teeth. The people involved overcame numerous set-backs and obstacles, until death, imprisonment and a lack of volunteers brought down the personnel to literally one and the station closed down.

12. Christian Resistance. Amid so many fawning, political priests, there are some staunch Christians, clergy and laymen, who are fighting the evil, state-sponsored onslaught on our traditional values, morals and Christianity. Exposing themselves to ridicule and even persecution, they try and stem the tide of abortions, pornography, godlessness and immoral laws by protests, demonstrations and exhausting court cases. Desperately they appeal to a rapidly ‘transforming’ judiciary, which, at the end of the day, is now under the thumb of a newly created politically-appointed highest court and a godless constitution. It pains to see these courageous men and women fight such a seemingly hopeless battle.

13. ‘Laers’. Abandoned by their traditional leaders, threatened by hostile hordes let loose amongst them, some Boers have packed up and moved to the modern version of the 19th century ‘laer’, little communities of their own. Here they join up with their own kind, make do without alien labour, build their own houses and survive at possibly a lower standard of living, but definitely with a higher chance of survival. Orania in the Northern Cape is the oldest of these Boer/Afrikaner communities, joined by others like Kleinfontein and Balmoral near Pretoria, and others. There are growing pains, sometimes ugly, as the people used to an easy-going lifestyle and lots of elbow-room now have to live closely with and adapt to their equals. However, they see little choice, if they want to survive with lives, traditions, morals and values intact.

14. Training. Confronted by the general decline within the sovietized, dark ‘New SA’, some Boers of the older generation have tried to prepare and equip our youth for the struggle ahead, - inter alia in the Azanian economy. One good example was the Service Training Centre at Spitskop near Balmoral, which was established by the late Fritz Meyer. There young school-leavers were trained in basic skills, especially with an eye on farm work. With Fritz passing away, the project has come to a standstill, though similar attempts are in the pipeline.

15. Others. There were a few other, less prominent, but genuine attempts at resistance. None of them ever led to a violent physical confrontation with the ruling powers. Many patriots became disgusted with all the treason, cowardice and deceit all around them, many more were struggling to survive and keep body, soul and family together, many were hounded, persecuted, prosecuted, and thrown into jail by the Regime, - where some of them still are, conveniently forgotten by most of us. There was, and is, so much wrong, so much to be done if our beloved country is to be saved from barbarism and total ruin. And there are so few with the time, ability and willingness to do it. Even where loyalties among old comrades-in-arms should have made a worthwhile operation possible, like in Pomfret in the Northern Cape, there was deceit and treason, and another long court case to ward off charges laid. From Pomfret the forgotten South African soldiers in Zimbabwe were supposed to have been rescued by a joint operation with trusted elements within the remnants of the old defence force. The neo-communist authorities, ably supported by the fawning media, were, - and are, - determined to eliminate any possibility for anyone to escape their clutches. The tiny, miniscule Afrikaner ‘dorp’ of Orania, with its few hundred people, is not even allowed its own independent village council, - it must be incorporated into black-ruled municipalities 40km away, if the Regime has its way! This ruling regime does not have everything going its way, - yet, - and on the judicial and other fronts some resistance is being offered and some temporary respite is sometimes gained. But the remaining bastions of fairness, justice and independence are also being ‘transformed’, and resistance, proper and decent resistance, is thought by most of our people to be futile.

16. Preliminary Conclusion. The Gulag is in place. Step by step our people are hammered and intimidated by black terror into the same type of dumb subservience and dull acceptance, which allowed Soviet comrades to get away with mass- murder for 70 years and the Rwandan Hutu majority with a one-time genocide in 1994. Between the ‘New South African’ (Azanian) regime’s power and its black masses’ terror, we are now firmly set on the same road to genocide. We are well and truly up the creek, not only without a paddle, but soon without the very boat we are sitting in, if the dark forces of Black Africa are allowed to carry on like they have carried on so far.
Now, if you have lost your paddle, and the boat is sinking, and you cannot get to shore, - what do you do? Close your eyes to what must happen and drown? That is, sad to say, what many of our people are doing at this very moment, and a hell of a lot more are going to do in the near future, - unless somebody, somewhere, gets hold of a decent boat to climb into. Actually, first just for them to SEE such a boat would be a vast improvement already, so they can pick up hope, stop drowning and start doing something to save themselves. Watch out for some interesting feed-back in future issues.
