His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of section one hundred and twelve of the South Africa Defence Act, 1912 (Act No. 13 of 1912), and of sub-section (1) of section one hundred and thirty-two of the Military Disicipline Code, to appoint the premises at present being used as detention barracks at Clairwood, Durban, to be a place where a member of the Defence Forces, sentenced under the Military Discipline Code to imprisonment or detention, may be ordered to undergo that sentence. Dit het Sy Eksellensie die Amptenaar Belas met die Uitoefening van die Uitvoerende Gesag behaag om, kragtens die bepalings van artikel honderd-en-twaalf van die Zuid-Afrika Verdedigings Wet, 1912 (Wet No. 13 van 1912), en subartikel (1) van artikel honderd twee-en-dertig van die Reglement van Dissipline, die plek wat tans te Clairwood, Durban, as 'n detensiekaserne, te verklaar as 'n plek waarheen 'n Lid van die Verdedigingsmag wat ingevolge die Reglement van Dissipline tot gevangenisstraf of detensie veroordeel is, gestuur kan word om sy straf te ondergaan.
