His Excellency the Governor-General-in-Council has been pleased, under the provisions of section one hundred and twelve of the South Africa Defence Act, 1912 (Act no. 13 of 1912), to appoint the premises at present being used as a detention barracks at Spaarwater West, to be a place where any member of the Defence Forces, sentenced under the Military Discipline Code to imprisonment or detention, may be ordered to undergo that sentence. Dit het Sy Eksellensie die Goewerneur-generaal-in-rade behaag om, kragtens die bepalings van artikel hondered-en-twaalf van die "Zuid-Afrika Verdedigings Wet, 1912" (Wet No. 13 van 1912), die plek wat op die oomblik te Spaarwater-wes as detensiekaserne gebruik word, te verklaar as 'n plek waarheen lede van die Verdedigingsmag wat ingevolge die Reglement van Dissipline tot gevangenisstraf of detensie veroordeel is, gestuur kan word om hul vonnis te ondergaan.
