We are fortunate to live in one of the most spectacular and beautiful places on earth. Our house is North facing and set amongst huge granite boulders and fynbos (the indigenous bush unique to this area). The house is about 200 metres from, and overlooking the Atlantic.

We offer two self-catering apartments each with its own entrance and uninterrupted views across the ocean towards Robben Island.

Unit (A) (Lower Level) Accommodates 2+1 in an open plan studio layout with double bed, double sleeper couch, dining area, kitchenette and shower. Outside is a secluded patio, garden and braai area.

Unit (B) (Upper Level) Accommodates 2+2 in two bedrooms (double bed + twin beds) opening off lounge/ dining room, bathroom with shower, wc and basin, living room, kitchenette and private outdoor balcony.

We are 20 minutes drive from central Cape Town, 5 minutes to Hout Bay with its beach, many shops, restaurants and facilities. Llandudno is a secure secluded bay surrounded by mountains, with approximately 200 houses and one of the best beaches in Cape Town. It is a popular bay for whales, dolphins, seals, swimmers and surfers.

Rates (Vary according to season):

  • Unit A: from R320 to R480 for 2 guests.
  • Unit B: from R340 to R520. (2 to 4 guests)
  • Longer stays at a negotiated discount.
