Any one with tips on tuning and/or sailing the Dabby are most welcome to submit their ideas to help others.
A few very basic tips.
As always - sail your boat flat!
Have your board as far forward as possible without to much rake.
In strong or gusty conditions, sheet your jib tight and play the main. In a gust, dump the main quickly to keep the boat flat. You have a small rudder and it doesn't like to work on its side. So heeling the boat makes it difficult to steer.
